A beautiful theater with great sight lines to the stage. I saw the excellent production of Moulin Rouge The Musical. I upgraded to access to the Ambassador Lounge pre-theater and during intermission. I thought it was worth it for the great lounge setting, champagne drink, and private bathroom.

We visited the Al Hirschfeld Theatre to see Moulin Rouge! The Musical and had a wonderful experience. The theatre itself is beautiful and well maintained, and it was very easy to access and navigate once inside. One thing that stood out was the large number of stalls in the women’s restroom, which made intermission much less stressful than at many theaters. There truly didn’t seem to be a bad seat in the house—the view and atmosphere were fantastic.A great venue for an unforgettable Broadway performance.

Take out a bank loan before you go... the prices are ridiculously high. Even a bottle of water was $7! A vodka and coke was $37!!!!! On the plus side, it's a nice little theatre where you get an ok view from most places.

Booked this for the other half really as he had not been to New York before and loves a show. (I am definitely not a show fan, but had to do it)I bought tickets at a reduced price on a resale site which pleased me. We went in and our seats were amazing (on the mezzanine, Row C, centre seats) and the set is really impressive!!I went to the bar and got a large red wine and a pint of beer at a cost of $50.75! Eye watering amount for two drinks! The other half thoroughly enjoyed the show, the performances were great and it was definitely worth going. This theatre is beautiful inside! Seats for 2.5 hours are not that comfy, but it's an absolute Broadway treasure!

Good show, ridiculously expensive drinks, $14 dollars for a tin of Stella, rip off! Freezing cold throughout the performance, my wife complained at the interval, the usher copped a strop and it remained freezing cold in the 2nd part! We understand that lots of people complained but it didn’t make any difference. We won’t be back!
