New York is a very busy city with many attractions. We utilized the hop on hop off bus which was the way to go for us. We were dropped off at various locations and could hop on again and continue on our way. The 2 day rate was great and the way to see the city in a few days. Your drivers and people working for your company were very friendly and very helpful.

Watching a taping of the Late Show with Stephen Colbert at the Ed Sullivan Theater was awesome. Such a historic theater including where the Beatles were introduced to America in 1964. Tickets are free but you have to request them online in advance. You will need to arrive well before the scheduled taping and the earlier the better if you want to be in the front rows of the theater but there really isn't a bad seat in the house. I was really surprised how small the theater was. The seats in the theater were quite comfortable unlike most theaters in NYC. Al there is a lot of standing around beforehand, everything is extremely well organized, and the staff was great.

I walked past here at night. The history is cool and I was hoping to see someone famous but no luck there. Still very cool to see.

Go see the Stephen Colbert show! Tickets are free if you request online! Get there early, we got there a half an hour early and still waited in line for quite a bit. However, the staff is amazing and they run that show with military precision. Even organiazed bathroom breaks (it is down the stairs, and you can only use the bathroom before the taping) Once taping starts you cannot get out of your seat. Chairs are roomy and comfortable for such an old theater. We were on the right side about six rows back and had a perfect view of everything!
