Very disappointed! I scheduled a salt therapy with HALO and a 110-minute massage (approximately 3 hours). I waited 15 minutes, and no one showed up to provide the service. I had to leave because I could not wait any longer. After I left, the receptionist called me saying they forgot about my service. If you have a very stressful and busy life and want to relax, there are better places to go. I wasted a lot of time when I could have done other things.

I arrived to my facial appointment today on time, after answering and responding yes to a confirmation phone call on Friday afternoon. I was informed that several phone messages had been left and to reschedule my appointment because the aesthetician no longer work[ed] there. They had not called, there were no messages and no unanswered calls on my phone from them and I showed the person at the counter. Through our ensuing brief conversation she asserted two more times that several calls had been made. Woodhouse, you need better and more honest employees. I don't know who was supposed to call, but they didn't. You see, phones these days keep a record of calls-- so the claim that someone had called even more than once was just a dumb lie. I don't even care that I didn't get a facial. What bothers me is the gaslighting that your employee was doing to me. Shame on her. Shame on you. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Ive always had great experiences here with Katelynn. I always book online, i always receive a text to confirm my appt. Never an issue. Yes the treatments are not cheap, but i always received high quality facials. Being a licensed cosmetologist, I always expect a little more and receive it here. I love putting on the big comfy robes, and drinking the warm cinnamon tea. If needed some trail mix is provided and a warm neck wrap. Lounge back next to the cozy fireplace and listen to some relaxing music. ONLY thing I did not like is other women in the lounge area, being on their cell phones, the lights are dim for a reason. Relaxation please.

If a zero star were possible....After several confirmations from WDS of my appointment, I arrived (waited 45 min) to find they had not scheduled a provider. I was told I could wait another 1/2 hr but only receive 2 of the 3 package services that were scheduled. I'd have to take another day off and reschedule the third. They were happy to admit fault, but refused a refund under any circumstances. They do not have respect for client's time. If you miss your appointment they will charge you. If they miss your appointment by not scheduling an provider they will not issue a refund. For a company in the business of relaxation, I am taken aback by this approach. Could have done the right thing, shown integrity, and built trust in their business. I feel bad for their staff who may be great. Fishers residents have lots of choices for spa services - I recommend avoiding Woodhouse.

Been to this Spa a few times for mail services and have enjoyed the service and the product selection. Very pleased. Prices are reasonable. Will go back.
