I'm a longtime Gainesville resident, but had never visited this spa. Impressed by what I saw online, I booked two massages for my sister (visiting from Tallahassee) and I. We both were very happy with our therapists, Danelle and Linda. I had Linda, and it was obvious from the beginning how skilled and knowledgeable she was. We left relaxed and very grateful for the special experience. I'll be back.

My sister gifted me with a g.c. from Floating Lotus. I booked an appointment for a 60 minute facial with Hannah, very pleasant on the phone. My husband and I arrived earlier than expected and we were greeted by Justin. I am temporarily in a wheelchair and Justin made sure he was at the door to help us get in. After filling out some paperwork, he let us know our appointment would be in just a few minutes. Leah, ended up being my therapist and was very friendly and I had met her previously at a couple of other spa locations in town. Due to the cast/wheelchair, it was a bit more challenging getting me positioned in the spa bed. Leah and my husband got me settled in. Leah then explained the process during my facial and told me to relax and she began the treatment. I do think it was the best facial that I have experienced and I was completely relaxed. Felt like jelly . I truly felt pampered. After the hour, Leah went to get my husband to help me back into the wheelchair. We were thanked by Justin and Leah as we left. I can understand whey the Floating Lotus has the good reputation that they do. I look forward to going back, probably for a massage next time. Thank you Leah and Floating Lotus.

I first started going to the Floating Lotus Spa two years ago for deep tissue massage, acupuncture and their signature facial. Now I am a weekly visitor and cannot recommend this spa more. Everyone there is fantastic. Elizabeth is a marvelous massage therapist and Maria is superb with her facials. They have changed my life!

Located in a quaint shopping center, I treated myself for my birthday to a massage here and it was a wonderful massage. The lobby is welcoming and relaxing and quality products are available, but not pushed on you. Rooms are well decorated and the music volume and all was just right for the atmosphere. Trish was my therapist and she did a great job. Very accommodating, ensuring my comfort; strong yet gentle hands with just the right pressure. Lots of parking available, prices are reasonable, they offer specials and I will be back.
