The art center has a few different galleries inside, and the art was very interesting and varied. I particularly enjoyed the Camera Club of Lexington's Photography gallery, which had many beautiful shots and art. The Patrick Adams In Two Worlds paintings in the Ann Tower Gallery were very good. i would definitely return, and attend each of the three galleries. I have ordered prints/notecards from one of the artists in the Camera Club exhibit.

I have participated in two shows at The Center, a very nice intimate, adaptable venue. The resident staff were wonderful to work with, and there is a restaurant in the building, Alfalfa's, which helps to attract attendees.

Neat little developing art center. Trendy with hotels, places to wine and dine, close to Opera House and Rupp Arena.

I attended DOUBT: A Parable produced by AthensWest Theatre Company last week. I had never been in the Downtown Arts Center space and I was so impressed. From the venue itself, to the ticket office booth, to the bathrooms - this place is so nice. It's one of the many reasons Lexington downtown is really becoming an awesome place to spend my time. The Alfafas restaurant is connected directly with the Downtown Arts Center and the parking is easy (two garages directly across the street). DOUBT was AWESOME! Looking forward to seeing more plays/productions in this great space. Thank you! #SharetheLex
