Incredible massage. Literallly one of the best i've ever had. Cant wait to go back to Memphis. Theyare in Arlington now but the trip was like 15 minutes and place is FANTASTIC.

My husband Sidney and I traveled to Memphis for the memorial Day holiday and managed to get into Living Health for a massage and a facial. I got a facial from Cissie and it was the best facial ive ever had in my life. She been a facialist for years and she taught me all sorts of things about my skin that I didnt know. The products she sold me seem to be working great but the facial and education was the best part. She really know her stuff and I highly recommend her for skincare. I noticed several awards they've achieved over the years but the new space in Arlington is so homey and neighborhood feeling. She and her husband David just make you feel right at home. We WILL be back! Thank you Cissie.

purchased a gift card for my daughter for her birthday and I spoke to the owner directly .. When my daughter called to schedule the appointment for the spa, she was required to give a credit card number which I was unaware of because as long as she had the gift card to cover the services, she should NOT have been required to give a credit card. My daughter asked if they were going to charge anything and was told NO!! She did however missed the initial appointment but called to reschedule and was charged Over $200 in addition to the gift card that she already had for $200. I contacted the owner who was extremely rude and asked him why did he swipe her card even after telling her otherwise. He said for us to decline charges with her bank and she should be refunded. WELL SHE WAS NOT!!! HE SHOULD HAVE REFUNDED HER MONEY SO SHE DIDNT HAVE TO GO THROUGH THIS!! YOU WANTED TO RIP HER OFF HER MONEY but I Don't want anyone else to experience this HORRIFIC customer SERVICE!!! She did NOT authorize for you to charge her card...IT APPEARS as if you still had her card information because it was charged again almost 2 months after her appointment at your facility!!! Please be aware of LIVING HEALTH DAY SPA and your credit cards!!!

Just about to leave the spa but I just had to sit down and write a quick review. This spa is just fantastic. I knew it would probably be a good bet when I saw that it had been rated the number spa in Memphis. I got a facial/massage combo and upgraded to the 90 minute aromatherapy massage. They BOTH were the best I've ever had. What a wonderful treat. I'll DEF be back!

Rude!!!! Doesn't honor Groupons!!!!!Do not purchase a Groupon and expect to use it at this facility. No where on the Groupon website or on their website does it give exclusions to the Groupon but he was quick to tell me they WOULD NOT honor my Groupon or the 3 others my friends had purchased. They are good only for Mon-Thur. He stated that I should have looked at the fine print. So I did!!! Nope, not stated anywhere and when I called back to inform him that is not noted he just said it wasn't his problem and that he was not going to honor it.
