I have been visiting Ziyan to get my hair cut for quite some time. Megan is awesome! She always does an excellent job.

We had an amazing experience with a couples massages! I believe my therapist was Keisha, and my wife was highly impressed with Sergei. Already looking forward for our next trip to Ziyan.

Came to Ky to visit family amd gwt away for my sister's birthday. She wanted to plan a spa day so I did a Google search. Great place to get pampered. Free wine and relaxing atmosphere. I had a pedi and my sister got a facial. Great service! Massage was phenomenal...also was the first one for my sister and she loved it! Will definitely come back when we come to KY to visit family again!

My wife & I bought a couple's massage package here, hoping to celebrate our recent wedding with a romantic pampering experience. Ummmm... yeah, not so much.At other spas, my typical experience has been: 1) being welcomed upon check-in, shown to a dressing room to change into a nice robe, then 2) being shown to a quiet, serene waiting room and given tea or the like, then 3) being led into the massage room where the tables were arranged so that we could see each other during the process, then 4) being shown back to the locker room, where showers were available if desired. That being said, here is how our couples massage package at Ziyan went...We checked in at the desk, then sat in the lobby until 20 minutes past our reservation time. Our therapists then came & led us back to the room and told us to undress and lie on whichever table we'd like. We were supposed to have had (and paid extra for) 30 minutes in a hot tub before the massages, but the receptionist booked us as two individual massages instead of a couple's package, and the tub was empty. The tables were aligned side by side with heads opposite from each other. The too-loud music was essentially elevator muzak, instead of mellow zen-like background music; although I like The Scorpions, I really don't want to listen to an electric guitar instrumental rendition of Still Lovin' You while getting a massage. The staff break room was apparently immediately next door, because we kept hearing people banging around in there. Our hour long massages lasted 40 minutes, then we were unceremoniously led back to the lobby where we were handed styrofoam cups of water. That was our Ziyan Spa couples massage package experience. We were never asked our preference for massage therapists, and one of them being male made my wife very uncomfortable. The receptionist acted like she couldn't care less that she screwed the appointment up; judging by her demeanor, customer service was apparently a major imposition on her social media time. We were told we could come back some other time and sit in the hot tub since we didn't get to before our massages...seriously?!? Thanks, but we have a tub at home, and you completely dropped the ball and don't even come close to measuring up with other spas. What a joke. Maybe our experience was an anomaly, but we certainly will NEVER waste our time & money at Ziyan for a second time.
