After telling the hairdresser that I preferred a natural look, he proceeded to load me up with highlights and then left me for a long period of time. Needless to say my hair was extremely light blonde and embarrassing. I will never go back again.

I walked in this morning in need of help! I was treated with kindness and (without knowing me, from Adam) was wisked to the chair for an assist. I needed a hair sample, from the back of my head snipped for Mineral Testing. I just couldn't do it. I was in and out in about 10 minutes, but it meant the world to me. I'm very grateful. My husband gets his hair cut here, and now I know why he loves it. I'll be back.

I have been coming here for about two years and have always had great overall experiences. The staff at the front desk are always nice. The therapists are always helpful. Most of the massage therapists are highly qualified, and worth their value. There have been one or two that were not worth the $115 / hour price tag. That is subjective of course. The only problems I've ever experienced have been with the hair stylists. I won't be returning to them. First time was amazing. Second time was totally botched root touch-up and uneven hair so I had to pull it back with bobby pins to make it look less messed up (see photo). When I called to inform them about the mis-match they scheduled me a week later with the same stylist to get it fixed. I came back in and she fixed the haircut, and lightened the areas she did. She said she could do more but that it looked good. So I reluctantly went with it. I didn't have the heart to tell her she STILL didn't get it right. I was super busy that week, and just let it go. When my roots grew out, I called to get my hair done again. I spoke to a manager about maybe offering a discount since my hair wouldn't need all-over color if it wasn't for the previous mistakes. Wow, did I not expect the cold and dismissive attitude I got. I was told I should've complained again and had the same stylist do it a third time. He circled around it being my fault - saying I had no proof, and that chlorine could've done this (I don't swim). He offered no apology. It was a shocker to get that kind of poor customer service.

I called the salon to ask how I needed to book a balayage because it’s not on their website and I wanted pricing before I went there. Receptionist put hold said she needed to ask stylist. Called me back told me full color which price was $75-95, cut, shampoo, blow dry $45-65 and brow wax $17. I had all these I got. Brow wax was not done correctly. Clearly more waxing needed done. Color looked NOTHING LIKE 2 pictures shown to stylist. I said I didn’t want blond highlights. Stylist says she can put more toner on if I want to come back??? I go to pay and the bill is $272!!! Not around $177ish I was expecting to pay after calling and checking on prices. There’s an extra charge for glazing and glossing receptionist told me nothing about. This is the exact reason I called. I’m completely tapped out of cash and I’m upset because I’m over charged by $100 and I have no cash to to tip the stylist. Lady at desk says it’s not the receptionist job to tell me how much it costs. And she will take the $30 glossing and glazing off and give it to the stylist for my tip. Like what??? Oh thanks. When someone calls for prices and the receptionist puts you on hold to talk to stylist, then even calls you back and tells you what she’s booking you for but then you get charged for something else that’s just wrong! Don’t go there unless you want to be overcharged and come out with nothing what you wanted!!! I have blond and orange highlights not dark brown and light brown.
