I did this review last year, too. The people here are fantastic; we ate across the street at the 6th street grill...nice food, nice people.....Hult Ctr has some good snacks and drinks, too, but the people here are the best in the business....they really know how to take care of you esp if you're handicapped and have incontinence, too. Saw Australian Pink Floyd the past 2 years and they were spectacular w/great sound, too. The only place that compares somewhat are the people and sound at Climate Pledge(saw KISS)in Seattle(old Key Arena)near the Space Needle....great people, too. Unfortunately,, the Moda & Tacoma Dome haven't been so inviting....for outside we've enjoyed the Eugene amphitheater, Maryhill Vineyard(east of Stephenson) and the Ridgefield(Battleground)Sleep Ctr amph. Keep up the great work, Hult!

We went to Australian Pink Floyd and it was fantastic. The group was great, the people working the venue were so helpful(we're both walking w/canes), the food & drinks were excellent and most importantly for this old man, the bathrooms were clean and easy to get to; elevators were busy but no big deal. We stayed at a hotel about a mile away and were treated very nicely there, too. Hilton Suites off of 11th. Since we came from out of town it was a great experience. Ate one of our meals at Gamberetti's in Albany for another fantastic meal...(.Brick & Mortar, Sweet Reds, Sybarros all great Albany Restaurants) Hadn't been to the Hult for a concert since Little RIver Band(1980's) forgot how great the sound is in this venue. Keep up the good work and we hope to be back and thanks for treating us like royalty. ANOTHER great place is the new arena by the Space Needle(Climate Pledge)same fantastic service at the KISS concert.

My wife and I went to the Shen Yun performance, we left at Intermission. The seating is so small and narrow it's absurd to think someone can enjoy any show in it, unless you are a 21-year-old weigh 150 Lbs. Even when people needed to get by you to their seats, you would stand up and have NOWHERE to move, I have never been at any venue where you couldn't stand up to let someone by you and not be able to move back a little. Also as much as they tell people to be on time or the doors will close so the show can start, wrong, people kept being let in over and over again. Many of the people were obviously an Older crowd, myself included and were on walkers or hand canes, and I and my wife have had major injuries to our knees, back shoulders, forget it. Even though the show was good (ok) how do you enjoy it when you can't move your knees forward, your arms to the side or really ANYWHERE, your like a Butterfly Cocoon. I would not go to this place to see any event it is that restrictive and bad, let's put it in perspective...I would rather sit on a Southwest Airlines' plane seat then sit in this place. We left at first intermission, and I saw people grabbing and holding their back and their hips, really disgusting that it's all about the people who own these places and their freaking money. Take out a couple seats in each row, just a warning it's pretty dam hard to enjoy a show in which you have paid several hundred dollars for a ticket and are in pain after 10 minutes. What a joke of a place that would have seating like this and think it is a great place to go, it is NOT PERIOD

Beautiful venue. The staff was really nice and helpful. Sound quality was very good for our seats. Would sit in a different row next time. We sat in row M, just a few rows before the orchestra seating steps up. We saw Legally Blonde Musical. It was okay at best. But the venue was nice. Now if they could just get toilets on the far side of the theater for all those folks sitting in the 300 section.

The Hult Center is a beautiful building in the downtown area of Eugene. There are so many activities to get involved with here, concerts, plays, pretty much everything you can imagine! There are 2 parking garages. All in these 2 areas the parking is $6.00, if you have a disability plackard its free to park or if your lucky you can find a place on the street nearby to park for free!! This place has a nice feel to it. The staff are so friendly, as soon as you walk through the door you get a warm fuzzy welcoming feeling. The lobby is beautiful. lots of interesting stuff to look at. It is the biggest venue in Eugene Oregon. The bathrooms are immaculate and the places where the programs are felt very roomy. No matter where you sit you have a nice view!! The chairs are comfy and cushy. The design and deco of the Hult Center is beautiful. Its a beautiful place to attend a show. It has a nice cozy feel. Either dressed up or even casual I didn't get that uppity feel. The ticket office is right inside the building which makes it convenient. They have a great sound system!! I just want to add one important fact. My husband has hearing aides and he couldve took his hearing aides in to his doctor and they could have programmed it to the Hult Center and he wouldve been able to hear much better. Its true the parking is dreadful but a person can just take their time and not be in such a hurry it gets easier to get in and out of the lot!! It is the Christmas season and all the Christmas trees and lights are so beautiful!! The prices are average here !! I Love it!!
