Worst customer experience ever. I was checked into a room with a broken toilet, which I reported immediately. Instead of offering me another room, the manager insisted that maintenance would fix the problem. I was told no other rooms were available. And that a refund will not be allowed because I already checked in. I’ve never been met with such an absence of empathy over a problem I didn’t create. This fell far below the expectations I have as a Best Western Gold Member. I will never stay at this hotel again, and if you value your time and money you won’t either.

Best Western In Harker Heights Texas Is the best Hotel to stay at if you are traveling through Texas. It's locations next to HEB which is a groccery store. an it's far from a Wal-Mart Superstore. The people at Best Western makes you feels at home.

Hotel has mold and mildew on the 3rd floor. The curtains are filled with mold. Hotel itself smells of mold and mildew. You can see the mold in the window seals. I walked on the carpet, and my socks were dirty in 10 minutes. The sinks and tubs are old and look as though someone took a can of white spray paint trying to cover up the filth. Very poor hygiene. I watched the maid change pillowcase in the room next to me.Didn't change the pillow, just the pillowcase. I wonder if the persons who slept their before were ill. ?????? Bring your own pillow.

Great hotel - clean and very good staff. The rooms are spacious and bathrooms have bath tubs! Extremely accommodating! We have stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. Great value - reasonable cost - breakfast included. Will definitely stay here again

It was very clean, quiet and located near where we were going. Easy access to freeway. Staff was very courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Rooms were comfortable.
