As Registered Landscape Architects, The Penland Studio provides design, illustrative drawings, construction drawings, specifications, cost estimates and construction administration for all elements outside of a given structure. We provide services for residential, commercial, institutional and public clients. Each project is custom crafted to the needs and budgets of our clients and may include design of hardscapes (plazas, terraces, patios, driveways, walks, etc.), walls, water features, planting, irrigation, outdoor lighting or combinations of outdoor elements. For residential clients, we often provide Master Plans to serve as an organizing element for properties and to allow for project phasing and budgeting.
