We met at Zipps for lunch. Kara immediately made a great impression on the 3 of us. She was friendly, knowledgeable and quite attentive to our needs. She offered great suggestions and even made three old timers feel like Family. Great appetizers, food and drink specials too. I am already looking forward to going back.

We always start off with the Zipperitas... those are always great. When then ordered off the happy hour menus some battered chicken on skewers which were average bar food, nothing to write home about. Later I ordered a burger and it was just average, no complaints though. Well... just one complaint. The hostess that greets customers at the door did not have a clue about the time frame of happy hour. She told me to read some freakin sign that had so much information on it that it would have taken me 10 minutes to find the happy hour information. Once I was seated I mentioned it to my server that the hostess does not know the time frame for happy hour and her excuse for her was that she has only been working there 1 week. How long does it take to learn what the times are for happy hour. I don't know.... less than 1 minute???!!!! That was kind of annoying.

Went to Zipps with friends. Used to frequent this place 2 to 3 times a week. Food quality has gone down hill. Happy hours prices used to be the best. They raised the prices and the service got worse. Seems that they have expanded so much that they started cutting corners.
