Oh goodness…the lobby and breakfast area is completely torn up and under construction for a remodel. There was NOTHING I found on the website that alluded to that. We came as a group for a church event so there was no gathering together at all at the hotel. The sign taped to the front desk made reference that all the guest rooms had been newly renovated. Well, the new fixtures and accent pieces on the wall are poorly hung and a piece with an outlet next to the full length mirror nearly came off in my hand when I unplugged my curling iron. There are paint drippings all over the bathroom from where someone attempted to paint the trim. There was a large hole in the wall next to the sofa. But, the worst part about the whole experience was that there is NOTHING in the shower to hold on to; no bar or handle of any kind and it was very dangerous for both me and my husband. He resorted to hang on to the shampoo bottles but one came down in the process. I can’t believe comfort inn would be so careless about safety like this and it will be my LAST stay at this chain. What was good: the beds and bedding were comfortable and the room is spacious.

What started at a rate $89/night and was charged $178/night. Breakfast juice was watered down and even taste like juice, biscuits were hard and inedible, gravy was water and coffee, well they couldn’t get that right either. Creamer was coddled. The entire time we were there the smoke detector whistled and the fire department came and placed notices on outside doors. The front doors didn’t work, wouldn’t open when it was cold and the side doors didn’t lock.

Comfortable, clean, quiet. Remodeling 1st floor. Limited breakfast. Would stay again. Not going to write a 200 word review.fjybejfjfjrhgngnrjnfjtrjifjrjrnenfjfnfnfntntnrnfnrjhj&fjrjgjfjfjfnfjfnngnfkfnfnfjrjrjfjfnfnfnfntnrnfnfnfnfnfbfn

Ladies at front desk not at all friendly. Recently installed fire detector had strobe light that strobed every 5 seconds. Couldn’t sleep! Room outdated. Window treatments had holes/tears didn’t go to bottom of window so lights from outside kept us awake. Burn hole in carpet. Sofa & chair should be trashed…dirty & cushions were flat. Door hard to open. The only positive was The young man that checked us in very polite & friendly. Bed comfortable, bathroom clean. Rooms need an overhaul! Staff needs to be schooled in customer service Won’t be staying here again!!

No hot water, and no one trying to fix it or explaining why. There has been no hot water in the entire hotel all day. Also, the air is not working properly. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel. It’s so poorly managed that it’s appalling. Absolutely do not recommend.
