This location I can tell is newly remodeled. Great location and distance to shopping areas and dining restaurants. Also it is near 40+ Tesla Superchargers. We stayed in Room 111, on the first floor and was ideal and close to the breakfast area. We stayed in many differerent Hampton Inn, this one is slightly different. Does not require a key card to turn on the lights, the TV does not have the feature with apps, Tubi, youtube or internet entertainment, they use Specturm cable tv, the down side was pressing the guide on the TV remote does not show what shows, or movies I can watch. I had to play with the channels and found channel 10 or 14 is a very limited guide to movies, you may need to change 99 channels to find something you like to watch. There was also no TV channel guide physical paper in the room, which is unusual for a hotel with cable tv and not wifi based movies, shows, news. The room feels new, and everything was clean and bed seems to be new too not as soft. Parking is free is a plus, do mind that there might be RV or trucks with trailers in the parking lot. This is the first time staying at a Hampton Inn, the air conditioning in the room wasn't too loud, the a/c was cold especially with the extreme hot weather in Redding, California. Like all Hilton brands, especially Hampton Inn, we will be staying at this location in the near future when visiting and other locations with Hilton brand. One thing forgot to mention is the ice machine is located in a room, next to the elevator, maybe the air conditioning doesnt work in there, it was very warm in there while trying to get ice cubes, had to ask a family member to hold the door so I have air to breathe in there.

Stayed here for a night on the way up to Washington. This hotel is east of the 5 freeway, in a neighborhood of big chain hotels. Decent location, plenty of eating options nearby, short drive to the Sundial bridge. This was the standard Hampton Inn experience, familiar room layout, furnishings, breakfast, etc. No complaints other than not the best water pressure in the shower, although its likely due to the standard low flow water heads.

We love this hotel! We were greeted warmly upon our arrival, then given an upgraded amazing room on the first floor. Great breakfast service with really good food… all in all, a wonderful experience for my wife and me!!

I usually have bad experiences with hotels of this level but this one was actually very nice and clean. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. Front desk person was friendly. I did not give it five stars due to the breakfast. It did not look very appealing. I would definitely recommend staying here though.

Great comfy bed and pillows. Good staff. Breakfast was nice as always, but we caught norovirus from there a day later. Use caution. Parking access was good. Fairly quiet rooms. Carpets in hallway seemed a little dirty. Good towels and soap/shampoo.
