I had the opportunity to see Subtropolis in it's infancy when it was just beginning to be developed. It was wonderfully cool. It wasn't as well lit as it is in the pictures on this site. That was when I lived in Independence, MO way back in 2007-2008.

This was awesome. I have never seen anything like this. There are still a lot of open lots. Everything underground. Post Office etc. a semi could fit in here.

Went to see a potential client in Kansas, we were surprised at the location, an unusual solution for business real estate. We did take a short tour and continued to be surprised

Super cool business center located underground. The size of this place is awe inspiring...several miles of roadway all underground. Not sure if you can stop and visit any of the businesses but just driving through is amazing. Just go...it is a must see while in the area.

What an awesome place, so unique and a must see. The climate is so perfect for many businesses. A very well done layout and design.
