This hotel has a malfunctioning ventilation system or something that makes a high pitch noise all times of the day and night! Besides that, the hotel has a nice lobby and restaurant.

Rooms are little dated. Beds are not the most comfortable. Cheap mattress. Good breakfast. Beautiful lobby area. Walking distance from the mall.

Some good and some not so good aspects of this place. Apple store is not so busy and there are options at the food court. Plenty of parking but the restaurant options are underwhelming.

Very elegant mall in a nice neighbourhood with an expansive parking area. This mall features variety of stores including Macys and JC Penny. It also features a decent variety of restaurants. I was surprised that the mall was not that crowded, I belive it needs more high-end retail departments such as Nordstrom or Sacks Fifth Avenue to make shopping diverser and the ambiance more vibrant.

Excellent client services. Mansur greeted me, listened carefully my interests and presented options. Very knowledgeable, professional and personable. No pressure selling. Chose black diamond earrings - 1 ct each - perfect for my 37th marriage anniversary. Others mall jewelers were over-priced or had very few options.
