Reviews
tripadvisorWe had a medical procedure for a torn retina in a friend's eye. We had a mix up with reservations, I thought I called the hotel itself, but it turned out to be a different reservation company, and they filled the wrong dates. When I asked them if they could fix it, they said no and the reservation was nonrefundable. We called the Bozeman hotel and they fixed it. The day of the surgery the hospital postponed the surgery and made it for a few days later. We called the hotel back and they said no problem and fixed it again. That was a blessing. Thanks C'MON Inn for the fantastic service you provided to us. Your staff was nice and we had a great stay.
MoreKyler, Sienna and Nicole were excellent. All three of them assisted me with various things related to laundry and tips and recommendations for restaurants and activities in the Bozeman area. All three were extremely friendly and helpful. Sienna got me all checked in and always greeted us with a friendly smile and a ‘Hello’ or a ‘Welcome back’ or ‘Have a great evening’ anytime we passed by the counter. I honestly can’t think of the last time I’ve had such friendly welcoming service from the employees at the front counter of a hotel. As for the hotel itself, it’s gorgeous. Beautiful wood throughout the interior. The carpets have a pretty leaf design on them. There are multiple spas, one of which we enjoyed our very first night. There also an indoor pool, which we didn’t make use of, but other other guests were using it. It’s pretty nice when you can use the pool without having to worry about the elements, especially in this area. We did use the laundry, our first night, and that was excellent. The washer and dryer were very quick and worked extremely well. Our room was a nice size, very quiet, and furnished with a very comfy cozy bed, allowing us to get a great night’s sleep each night. Breakfast in the morning was tasty and hearty. A typical hotel buffet breakfast with many hot and cold options to choose from. My wife laughed at and loved the name (C’mon Inn) when we arrived, and we both loved the Inn as a whole. If we ever make it back to Bozeman, we’ll definitely be staying at the C’mon Inn.
MoreStayed one night on our way to Glacier National Park. Clean and comfy room. Good breakfast. Some of the friendliest staff we’ve ever experienced during our travels. Would definitely stay here again.
MoreFriendly staff, but disappointing cleanliness and housekeeping issues significantly impacted our stay.Unfortunately, there was what appeared to be black mold around the bathtub. Maintenance promptly responded and confirmed. There was only one additional smaller room available; however, it also appeared to have some mold in the shower area. Due to no other rooms being available, we had to stay in the room. The staff handled our concern kindly and offered a discount, but the presence of visible mold in the bathroom was disappointing and concerning. It also limited our use of the bathroom during our stay as we chose not to use the shower in order to avoid disturbing the affected area or potentially releasing additional spores into the air.We were also woken up at 5:00’ish a.m. by an alarm left set by a previous guest. It would be a better housekeeping practice to check and turn off alarms between guests. Being unexpectedly woken up that early when you want to sleep in after a long trip was very frustrating.I would recommend that guests carefully check their room/bathroom upon check-in, especially around the tub/shower area, before settling in. While we appreciated the kindness of the staff, these issues definitely impacted our stay and we would likely choose to stay elsewhere in the future.
MoreGreat one night stay. Clean, quiet, comfy beds, great breakfast all at a very reasonable price.
