This has been our WORST experience using a mortgage company. Unorganized, incompetent and really don't care. Run quickly in the opposite direction before you use this lender.

I highly do not recommend using this bank for your mortgage. They will sweet talk you into how it's a local bank and you can call them anytime about your loan and it will be serviced locally....
