After a VERY long drive, this was an incredibly welcome experience. The receptionist made sure I had everything I needed and led me to the ‘pre-chill’ room. As I awaited the masseuse, the ambience was a good kick off to the experience. The masseuse started by putting a warming pack on my back & was VERY attentive to all my trouble spots. At the very mention of slight pain or cold, she accommodated immediately. $330 for a 80 min massage with added eucalyptus & camphor muscle relax cream. This is 100% top down the best spa Ive been to in the West Coast. If you’re in dire need of life, THIS is the spot.

I was here for work and had some free time so I visited the spa. I did not stay at the hotel this time but did take advantage of the pool. Very nice atmosphere. Very nice facilities. Have been here a number of times and would likely come back if I found myself in the area again. In addition to the public pool, there is a separate hot tub area and lounging area that is part of the spa, if you prefer not to be out in the general public.

Emily was excellent at listening to my preferences and did great at working some tightness out of my shoulders. She also found some other areas of need and provided a great massage experience for me. The facility was relaxing, clean, and was a nice setting for the great work Emily did.

I treated my niece (30yrs) to her first massage while staying at North One Naval Base. Everyone at the Spa from the front desk to the therapist V.V. made this day so perfect! After a visit to the SD Zoo and Legoland the previous day - this massage was very much needed. A little girl bonding time sipping champagne. We hope to make this a girls trip every year.
