Working with Diane and her husband at 33 Jewels has been an absolute pleasure. The store is so unique and by far has the most beautiful jewelry in Santa Barbara. My husband and I purchased an engagement ring and wedding band from them. The jewelry they carry is difficult to describe – elegant, airy, modern, and stunning. Diane has excellent taste and it really shows throughout the shop. We had a few issues with one of the rings and they were so accommodating and easy to work with. Diane is extremely honest, and will never try to sell you on something. She truly wants you to be happy and works with you to help you find that. They are also just personable, down-to-earth people that are easy to get along and communicate with. I can’t recommend this place highly enough – even if you’re just window shopping!

I was referred to this place by a friend. Went to purchase an anniversary gift for my wife. Was greeted warmly & their Sales Director was very helpful in showing me different things I might be interested in (based off what I told her my wife likes). Long story short- I had some beautiful choices in front of me. It soon became a matter of which to buy, & not whether to buy.
