In January my dive buddy and I scheduled two boat dives with Captain Shay. In February my dive buddy suffered an injury and had to cancel the trip. Captain Shay said we would both receive refunds. My dive buddy received a refund several weeks ago. I have contacted Captain Shay by phone message, text and email. I have received no response. I am awaiting my promised refund.

Me and my son are building some of our best memories due to the trained and becoming open water certified through Off The Wall Adventures. TJ, Cassi and the guy with an awesome beard trained and help us through the process. We're now discovering Florida and its many springs and diving spots, Also as a benefit, Off The Wall allows us to continue practicing skills using their pool when their not using it and during business hours.

Be careful what shop your choice to dive at. This shop just wanted my money, but I was a brand-new diver and did not know any better. If your instructor says that there is no standard for hand signals and does not want to teach, run. If you ask questions and they are not respected ... run. Our questions and concerns were brush off every time. After being open water certified we tried to dive for the first time and realized that the training we received was in-efficient. Instead of buying and getting help with equipment required to go out diving such as a dive flag. They sold us $400 worth of flashlights. Which we only need once and could have rented at the location we were going to dive. Instead of being aware and told we could rent lights Cassi told us we had to buy them. Then we go to dive for the first time as certified divers and realized what a dive flag was. That was never even mentioned by any instructor or anyone at the shop at any point. Safety information was consistently left out and I had to go home research/talk to profession divers to get the information I need to dive safely. Boat safely is never brief or mention.

We have been playing for 20+ years, including running fields of our own. Many red flags we ignored that we should not have. Chrono didn't work. Oh, again.? Very unsafe, muddy fields. Let's move to another field, it's muddy. Had to tell other players to keep masks on. Lots of players complained about shoes getting stuck in the mud. My husband broke his foot because his shoe got stuck, he hobbled 100+ yards back to the staging area. Metatarsals 2,3,4 broken, just cleared to work 1/29/2021 after 9/19/2020. Poorly maintained field.
