Our business is the culmination of a long time dream for both of us. When we were quite young we started working in the food and beverage industry with our parents, Lee And Judy Chastain, in the family business in Oklahoma City. Our dreams is finally being realized with the opening of “Cajun’s Wharf“. Together we have a combined total of 40 plus years in Food and Beverage. We are very excited to have this opportunity to open Cajun’s Wharf and give Lake Charles an atmosphere of Southwest Louisiana. Roy was born and raised in Moss Bluff Louisiana and is a graduate of Sam Houston High School. Todd was born in Oklahoma City and is a true OKIE, but he’s getting the hang of Cajun living, and loving every minute of it.

I’m sorry the previous reviewer had such a poor experience, but we sure didn’t. They have been under NEW OWNERS since April 2017. From what I can gather from other patrons and friends who have been here since the new ownership, their business is a total turn around!!! Friendly staff, at least one owner is always there, and ready to address any concerns. Menu has been upgraded, added places to sit outside with weather permitting, and very clean. I noticed there were many regulars there for the lunch run and they are pleased with the new atmosphere and owners. Give them a try!
MoreThe smell is terrible and the staff is rude. My boyfriend and I went in to grab some food and they immediately turned us down asking for ID's. We are both 25 and we just told the waitress we were only wanting to eat. She continued to ask for our id's and was adamant that we needed to show our id's regardless. We both showed our id's and she continued to turn us down since my boyfriend's id was expired. Terrible Terrible Terrible! Don't go there.
