my family and I came to the location in baker western inn the front desk clerk was very rude I was telling her I had my 3 month old baby with me and I smelled mold in the room her attitude was very rude and she had no understanding and this is not the first time I've had problems at this location one short red lady at your work place attitude is very rude as well and the very big girl as well as of today of august 23,2019 early morning am something needs to be done about this its make no since I should be comfortable when I go some where to stay never let me speck to a manger are nothing

After waiting 15-20 minutes for the receptionist to get off the phone to her boyfriend and people ringing the motel which she did not have the decency to answer and after waiting all this time she told us we where not booked in and told us to go online and confirm with our booking agent and we had already showed her our booking on our phone.Every where we traveled through Texas Alabama Louisiana Mississippi and Florida people where pleasant except this receptionist with no customer relations .Finally got a room sheets looked as thou they had not been changed and smelt and bath had scum all around the tub!!!! don t bother going there and we where charged for the privilege $120

Roaches all over room!!!! The Front desk girl's attitude was the worst EVER! She refused to give refund and said there was nothing she could do! She refuse to give me her or her manager's name and even threatened to call police when I told her how unprofessional and ignorant her attitude was and that I had recorded it and would report this motel service all over the internet!! My family and I refused to stay in this filth and left to find somewhere else to stay in wee hours of the morning. We were over 9 hours from home and had no idea where we were. We had to drive over 2 hours from 1AM- 3AM in a remote, dark area with no network connection to the closest HWY 55 with our kids to find another hotel. We finally found a Holiday Inn that was cheaper, safer and much more nicer!! My daughter was itching all night after seeing all these roaches. We had only came to town for LSU Homecominh game and the Western Inn was the closest motel still available through Expedia!! We want our $130 dollars back immediately- we have not received a call back yet from Expedia!!!!! We will NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE- SEE PICT OF ONE OF ROACHES THAT WAS CRAWLING ALL OVER WALLS!!

I love this hotel. very clean and comfortable I would recommend this hotel any day. the cable service, I loved it. close to all stores and its quiet. wanted a smoking room but that was not a big problem

Our brother is in Lane memorial hospital he was brought there on 11/13/2015 we live in New Orleans so i got a room for me and my daughter at western inn we stayed 2 nights then came home for 1 day WELL when i went back i had 3 other family members with me so i got a double we stayed the week and there was no coffee pot no hair dryer and 2 towels i call the front desk for towels and was told very nasty i can come get some.So the housekeeping room was next door to mine i put the dirty towels there at the door and was going to let her know they were there and find out what to do with them .....(.SHE HAD A FIT) WE WERE TOLD SHE COULD and she would kick us out my daughter tried talking to her and explaining why the towels were there and was called the B word. other things happened like they started pressure washing without letting us know so that we could move my car it was not a very nice place to stay had to wait for coffee to be made in the mornings or drive to get some I AM GOING TO DISPUTE THIS CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD THAT IS HOW UNHAPPY I AM WITH THE 1 EMPLOYEE
