I've been a Costco Member for 33 years and Price Club Member for 5 years before that (before they merged)... I've had mostly good experiences throughout the 38 years. I've been going to this Costco for 19 years now...What's up with the Indian/Pakistani reciept checker at the Pompano location? He LICKS His Fingers before counting your food and then Touches Each And Every Item With His Spit Wet Fingers? GROSS! Why can't he just point or just look at how many items are in the cart like all the other reciept checkers? GROSS! Wasn't there a Pandemic recently? sarcasm...

A wholesale club offering a wide variety of products at super prices. Food, clothes, books, wine, housewares and a pharmacy plus much more.Very good food court but limited selection and the best gas prices.

They did a great job patching my tire for free, they also cleaned my car. It’s great service. Note that the free work is what comes with the warranty of Costco tires. It is convenient and easy and I think it’s a great place to go for car work.

After renewing my membership online, upon arrival I was directed to customer service to activate my membership. I pull my cart up to CS and was at the front of the line. The woman behind the counter stared straight ahead without acknowledging me. So I said “hello”. Still nothing, but this time she turned her head away. Ok…so I pulled my cart up to the next person, who informed me that he needed my ID to verify me. I left my cart and came back. When I came back with my ID, I grabbed what I thought was my same cart and pulled it back up to finish my transaction. After a minute or two, I overheard the woman who wouldn’t help me telling an another woman that I “stole her cart”. She said it so rudely as if I premeditated an actual crime. I turned back to her and said I’m so sorry that’s where I left my cart I must have thought it was mine. As my transaction was finishing I grabbed a new cart and told the rude CS person that I found a new cart. At this time two children were horse playing and while laughing, fell into my cart. And the CS person said “oh you tried to be slick and look what you did”, as if I ran into them with my cart, which o didn’t to try to embarrass me. I had to correct her at this point as she was rude to me a second time. I told her flat out that she is in CS and it was the second time she was really nasty to me in a short span of time, and for no reason. She had no name tag on which tells me this isn’t the first time this has happened with her. She was screaming “you took her cart and it had her keys in it!” This means that she saw me take it by mistake, and said nothing until it became a problem,Which she perpetuated. All she had to do was let me know I took the wrong cart as I took it. But instead, she “told on me” to the other customer and then she sought out an argument with me, a brand new Costco customer of maybe 5 minutes. What a bad start and a bad look. It’s ok to have a not so great day and she probably has to deal with a lot of rude people a lot of the time, but she really took it to the extreme. On my way out the other CS rep apologized let me know her name and apologized for TRANEKA. Definitely not going to visit this location ever again.

We have been members since 1989 and love this place . A wholesale club that sells almost everything for car batteries to wine to clothing to food and drugs.Cheapest gas in the area.
