Contacted them several times (email, fb and called) but nobody ever got back with me...Wanted to book a flight for my Husbands birthday .Terrible business

Really enjoyed my Discovery flight at Epic, highly recommend for any av enthusiast or anyone thinking about flight school. My instructor was friendly and professional.

Do not book with them unless you do it in person, the website will lock you in even if you do not confirm and they will charge your card. I have spoke with their customer service and they cancelled the booking and assured me that i would get my refund. Week later still no word so i spoke with them over email and phone and they said they will make sure it will get refunded. Now i can no longer get any response and i am having my bank get involved. They are not trustworthy if this is the kind of business they are conducting find another place. Only reason i look at this place is because it is on the same flight line on the airfield as my work. AGAIN DO NOT USE!

I used epic helicopters for my engagement using one of their engagement tours. They were incredible. They were helpful every step of the way. The experience was seamless and stress free and I would recommend everyone looking for any kind of helicopter tour to reach out. Not only that but the takeoff time was moved slightly and they gave me a refund for it!!! Love these guys and will be back in the future!

Had a discovery flight with Qioni? He was amazing, very knowledgeable & thorough from start to finish. The facilities were very professional; had taken an intro flight with another school and this was the difference between college & the pros. Highly recommend them. Only drawback, a little difficult to get to from Dallas
