Austin Ranch is the place to be. After a week long seminar at the Gaylord Texan resort Shermco Industries was nice to give one of this memorable dinner/networking party. The resto is very nice spacious they have billiards bar dancefloor and stage for entertainment. There were 2 duo country singers who entertained us throughout the night. Food was good especially the BBQ. Can't beat any Texas BBQ! Good place to be ambience is nice and everything.

We went here for a banquet while attending a convention next door at the Hilton. The food and service were excellent and I'd certainly come back for dinner when I'm back in this area again!

The location is big and offers a seating area resembling a Texan ranch. The food is average banquet/buffet style. The place offers different entertainment options such as riding a bull, casino area, horseshoe ring, and to lasso horses. There is a stage where sometimes you can see a band pay. There is a deck with a bar outside and an area with an arcade. I went to this location for a company event so, my guess this place is used for that purpose for private company events.

A special Senior Valentine's Dance was held at the Austin Ranch this year. The hall is decorated nice with a western theme throughout. There's a stage for a band or DJ and plenty of room for dancing. The bar area is long and overlooks the stage area. Overall the event room is very large and can hold many tables.Fun times.BTW - the Senior attendees had a wonderful time and they have more dance moves than many of us younger folks! :~)

This is not a real restaurant. This is a location for the hotel to organize catered meals for their convention/business guests. The food is typical convention fare and the music is horrible due to the acoustics
