I set up a same day appointment for a couples massage. The person helping me over the phone was very kind and extremely helpful. Our massage therapists were very good and thorough with the areas we specified as problem areas. I had Sergey but I’m not sure who my boyfriend had. I also love that this is a local business. 10/10 would recommend.

The Knot Stop is my go-to massage place. Sure, everyone should have his own personal massage therapist that he uses regularly. But I find that my Knot Stop membership allows me to get needed body work done more regularly without being subject to my regular guy's schedule. Also, it's affordable enough that I can spring for more massages, more regularly which means more happy and more healthy. ;) It's like anything else in life...some of the therapists are better suited for different clients, so you may wish to try a few of the therapists out and find one that's the right fit for you. Mostly they are all great, and the few times I have not been 100% satisfied, the management is very responsive to my feedback. Join the club and start getting your regular massages!

My wife and I finished off our month long trip down the West coast with three nights in San Diego. Our next to last day (10/28/2013) was our one year anniversary. Needless to say, a good massage was in order. We did some on-line research and asked the concierge at our hotel and everything led us to The Knot Stop. We got a discounted rate ($59 vs $75) for the 60 minute Swedish massage as first time clients. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage, while my wife said hers was just okay. Overall, I guess you'd have to call it an average experience.
