The shower wouldn’t turn on all the way so it was like showering in a bath. But at least the breakfast was good, I just wish it was available longer than 2 hours

SoNasty is probably the best name for this place. The suite we booked for 3 people (myself, my husband and big teen) , we got a queen bed and a pullout sofa. We checked in at 3, then headed to Emory immediately. When we returned after 10:30pm and opened the sofa, I realized there was a bare mattress without mattress protector, no sheets, no pillows, no blankets. The front desk gave one single flat sheet and two fleece blankets. No pillows no additional sheets. The bathroom had two towels (not 3), and when I flushed the toilet, the water was running from the wall from behind the toilet, therefore no pressure to flush simple number 1. Tmi, but only because I want anyone who considers this place for great location near Avalon, DO NOT stay at this hotel. The shower/tub I have no words for (see pictures), and the water isn’t going down in the shower. I showed my issues to the evening manager, yet the morning supervisor said she has no notes on any of this. Already booked another accommodation asap next day, and went to spend the night in my car. Sinay Galvan AM supervisor loves throwing around she is a manager, she’s not. Simply put, doesn’t belong to this industry. Chief development officer Mr Brian Quinn and president/CEO Mr John Murray of Sonesta should spend a night there.

We stayed in this property from 05/27 to 06/02(6 nights) .This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed. This is primarily due to the unprofessional and extremely rude behavior of the front desk staff. Daniel was the only one from the hotel staff who was helpful , otherwise every other staff was extremely rude. They advertise breakfast as full buffet but it was far from it. I would recommend everyone to stay away from this property and consider nearby extended stay hotels Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn.

This is a nice hotel for the price and amenities. It is a good place to stay when you have to be somewhere longer than a few days. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. We were there on high school and college graduation weekend so there were a lot of people in the hotel but the staff handled it well. Only issue was that there seemed to be some people who actually lived in the hotel. Couples who had more than 3 kids In a single hotel room. That is just an impression and I would not let that stop me from staying there in the future. This got a bit interesting at times but all in all, it was a very good stay.Couple of items to note: Since it is an extended stay hotel, they only clean the rooms once a week. However, they made it clear they could get us anything we needed like extra/clean towels or an off cycle cleaning with just a call to the front desk.Breakfast each morning was fresh and very good. The coffe and teas were excellent and perfect for the start of each day. On a day when they only had red apples which we are allergic to, the staff happily provided bananas for me and my husband.l for our breakfast. My only suggestion for the hotel is that they clean the bathrooms a bit better. It is the only reason I rated them a 4 instead of a 5. .Other than that, our stay was an excellent experience.
