Reviews
tripadvisorBed was one of the most comfortable ever, room was clean and everything was in order. Pool was cold, but acceptable in a combination with a hot tub, because hot tub was perfect. If you don’t count their restaurant, customer service was excellent. We were going to have a dinner at their restaurant, but bartender/waitress’s attire partially reveled cleavage, so we went someplace else. Came back to their restaurant in the morning and this time waitresses were dressed, but service was horrible. They did have signs posted all over the hotel that it is going to be a limited menu at breakfast and shortages, but still, this was unacceptable. Had to stand in line just to get a scoop of eggs and a choice of shrimpy sausage or cheap bacon. and to get called “honey” by the lady cook/waitress. Had to beg for food for $12.99 per person. We stayed there a lot through the years and their great customer service, hot tub and a super comfortable bed are the strong points for us, so I am going to go ahead and rate it at 3 stars, but the restaurant situation is unacceptable.
MoreIt was fine. Nothing special. Front desk was polite and efficient. Older property...decent condition. The refrigerator in my room did not work (rm# 209). Otherwise, no issues. Would probably stay here again for work...for 1 night it's fine. Thanks.
MoreWe stayed there in 2021 for thefirst time & it has become one of our favorite hotels since. One of their strong points is an excellent customer service, especially Jeff, whose customer service is simply outstanding. Being able to use a hot tub contributes to a great stay. There is also a pool & a fitness center. Rooms have been renovated & we always enjoy a super comfortable bed & an overall comfort of the room. It’s a nice location for us, close to nice restaurants & upscale shopping. Even though their breakfast situation is not the best as far as breakfast staff & value, we still usually buy breakfast & still able to enjoy it. The omelettes are actually pretty good. Our most recent stay in September was very enjoyable as always & we are looking forward for our future stays with them.
MoreThis was the third time staying at this hotel for us. Everything was perfect for our over night stay. Hilton App for check in choosing our room and digital key worked flawless with no need for front desk stop. Every employee was courteous. Thanks Hilton Garden Inn!
MoreMeghan and Rachel were very kind and helpful. Clean quiet rooms, good breakfast. Great location. Staff very helpful, thanks for everything
