Reviews
tripadvisorTrash, cigarette stains and bed bugs... The owners are very rude and are not connected to the community. Simply there to exploit and move on. I would definitely suggest looking elsewhere when considering a safe place to stay. This is not the place.
MoreSketchy management, upon checking check in the front desk demanded a cash 10.00 payment for key card. No hair dryer which they advertised, two tiny bars of soap and two tiny pkg of shampoo, used toilet paper rolls, no hand towels or face cloths. Only given 3 bath towels. 4 day stay, room was not cleaned, nor bedding or towels exchanged. Room dirty, furniture filthy, nasty smell. Also out of my 4 nights, had to have my key card re activated twice as it wouldn't work. Management not very friendly. Room is way overpriced.
Morebooked a one night stay, could not check due to police blocking off the area, they told me I would not be charged since i was unable. Now two months they charge my card 102.35. They do not pick up the phone, no regular phone line, plus its in the heart of ghetto south central. Very scandalous
MoreI normally don’t leave reviews but this had to be done. I confirmed my booking through Expedia for the night because I had a flight in a few hours and wanted to freshen up and possibly get a nap before flying again. The first red flag was that they lied stating the offer shuttle services through Expedia, which they don’t. Upon arrival we called and no one ever picked up the phone. Until we got to the motel where the owner was very unprofessional, literally throwing down a room key and going back to whatever he was doing. (sleeping) The room was another red flag. They had holes in the walls that were filled with plastic bags/ paper napkins. The room smelt marijuana, mixed with cigarette and bad decisions. Moving on to the bathroom , red flag number 3. The towels that were supposed to be white had morphed into a special kind of brown. Just down right disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!! I obviously did not shower with it. The outside of the motel was dark as night and felt very unsafe. Not the vibe that was given on Expedia’s website. The WiFi was horrendous!!! I had to stand on the bed just to get a proper connection to order a Uber to get out of this dump that’s called a motel. Overall if I had the option to give this place a 0 star I would without hesitation. I’m just glad I got out of there unscathed. I would never recommend this place to any living person or thing.
MoreI booked this hotel and upon arrival it was terrible. The room was disgusting. The bed and walls were disgusting. The bed and chair had stains, mold in the bathroom and he refused to refund me my money. I wish I could upload the video bcuz it was horrible.
