This was horrible!!! I was really looking forward to it. I went on October 26,2019. To begin with they were late and so was the bus. The guides on this particular date were not knowledgeable and none of the stories were very detailed because you can tell they did not know what they were talking about. Anything they said can be read on line. Lunch literally took almost two hours and it was way to long. They just took out a location because we were running late. I have gone on haunted tours throughout the United States and this one was the worst. It cost $80.00 per person, please DON’T waste your money. So disappointing and I wasted seven hours of my life!!

WARNING DO NOT BOOK. I tried to book and no one showed. They ARE NOT AFFILIATED WITH CHICAGO HISTORY MUSEUM. They may or may not show up. When I emailed after the no show (the only way to contact them), I was met by confrontation and insistence that it was event brites fault and they did nothing wrong. Even if the tour is good when they show I STRONGLY SUGGEST AVOIDING THIS COMPANY WHICH HAS TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES AND EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

My husband and I have been on numerous tours with Ursula and her guides and a few of her Ghost Cons. We've never been disappointed. The guides are entertaining and extremely knowledgeable on Chicago history. We always learn something new. The Ghost Conferences that are usually in the fall, have been wonderful with great guest speakers in the paranormal world. You will get your money's worth and then some. (The tours are exciting and unusual not risky LOL...that was one of the questions)

It was the anniversary of the St. Valentine's Day Massacre. The tour given by Tony was fascinating..

I bought tickets because my mom and I are very interested in ghosts, Chicago, and history. We were not disappointed! The guide was very knowledge about the Chicago area. My mother, who has lived in Chicago most of her life, kept nodding along and recalled certain events he was saying. I liked all of the locations our group visited (including the back (use to be front!) of the Science and Industry Museum and the Fountain of Time, which I have never seen before.) We stopped a few times to stretch our legs, which was very nice. Overall, this was a great trip!
