I have been receiving massages from Lifepointe for many, many years. I have some chronic muscle aches and back pain that just don't really go away, sadly.Last year, my regular LMT was unavailable any more. I was directed to another LMT on staff, Daniel, and I was amazed! Not only does he help a great deal, but after each massage he recommends particular stretching routines for my aches of the day. His suggestions really help!I would recommend Daniel to anyone who is seeking an LMT. He knows so much more than any of the last LMTs I've had and I've been going for massages since 1996. Twenty years and I finally found a great one! He even knows how to deep massage the psoas muscle which connects the lumbar spine to the legs. When done well, it is quite a relief on my lower back. Ahhhh!

I love Lifepointe spa and have never had a bad experience yet, but my recent massage with Cody was phenomenal. He's brilliant at massaging out the tough knots and tight muscles. He did an amazing job with my seriously troubled spots. I highly recommend him!
