My family and I recently visited Orlando for the first time and stayed at Floridays... we did a bunch of research online and wanted to pay forward some of our thoughts on Floridays in case someone finds it useful.We enjoyed the resort a lot, it was safe, clean and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool. If we return to Orlando, we would consider staying here again but may try something else out as well just to change it up. ProsThere were many, the pool area is nicely setup and there is cafe/bar right nearby and you can relax/eat/drink all in one area while watching the kids. The pool is spacious and other guests were pleasant and the pool had a good vibe. Check in was pretty painless and the staff seemed interested in being helpful. We have 3 kids and the two separate bedrooms was HUGE for us and a must so parents can have a separate space. Each room (and the living room) had separate TV's so there were different areas to hang out as a family (or separately). The resort is also right off the I-Line shuttle, which was very convenient for access to International Blvd. The property felt safe and monitored.Could be betterThe unit was clean, spacious and no big issues but there were quite a few cosmetic things that seemed like upkeep was lacking a little... from drawers that would not really stay shut, to peeling paint and sheetrock around the shower... small things like that which prevent me from giving it a 5, but would not deter me from staying at the property again. They had a cafe, but it was not really a dinner option, more snacks and light eats... an actual dinner option on site would be nice (not a deal breaker).If we return to Orlando, we may try to stay in International Blvd as the I-Line Shuttle up Intl. had a lot happening on the strip recreationally and food wise. From our research it looked like staying on International generally meant a smaller pool as space is tighter but something we would consider. Hopefully this is helpful!

We had a really great two weeks at Floridays. We loved everything - the accommodation (3 bedroom apartment), the food, and the friendliness of the staff. Great location; only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. Swimming pool was excellent. I would highly recommend it and look forward to returning for another holiday!

We are a family of four and stayed in Floridays for two weeks. It was our children’s first time to Florida aged 19yrs and 16yrs. The staff at resort were so helpful and friendly when arriving at reception. Resort is spotless, really well maintained. There is large family pool and then smaller quiet pool with jacuzzi closer to block we stayed in so was perfect for us with older kids. Rooms have everything you need. They are not very modern but as I said have everything you need, plenty of space for everyone ours had two big bedrooms. Tv in both rooms, with washing machine and dryer I had no washing coming home it was great there is supermarket 5 mins away with few places to eat also. Just outside resort is stop for the I hop tram which travels up and down international drive every few minutes, so it’s handy in days you dont want to go to parks. There is shuttle bus leaves resort every morning for parks also. Would definitely recommend and would stay here next time we visit Orlando.

The moment i stepped in the lobby I was greeted by the staff. Marylou helped me with my check in and i checked in early. $35 charge. Marylou was very helpful and made sure my questions were answered. We stayed at The B complex. Me and my family had a great time. The kids enjoyed the pool and the café food was always fresh. Shopping center was within walk and me and my husband walked in the morning to get some exercise. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite and everything was clean. Will Def stay at this place again.

Returning guests, another good stay although it could be doing with a bit of maintenance.The WiFi is poor, we where block D on first visit and block b on the second but it was poor both times. With the expensive resort fee expected better.We requested late check out and we where told it was complimentary until 1300, we checked out at 1250 but we where charged $106.50.
