Facial was perfect, had several gift cards, asked office staff if I could consolidate, answer was yes, they took &120.00 away from me saying I used in January and last week, haven't been since Nov.2023, as they finally noticed, then tried to say I gave away cards, but I didn't, especially when I had them in my hand. Much more to say but won't right now, Very poor office staff, and cheaters, when I finally was given my consolidated one and only gift card, I was told, DON'T GIVE THIS ONE AWAY!!!! How horrible, especially when gift cards were in hand....... No one would help me

It's a higher end spa. I had a haircut, manicure and leg wax. Not worth what you pay.The manicurewas good, no problems there.

If you are wanting an A+ facial, ask for Sheila. Not only is she personally warm and inviting, but she is highly professional. I have been going to her for 2 years while I am in The Villages, and I look forward to it as a treat. Highly recommend!!

I got a great haircut at the Tuscany Day Spa and Salon today. This was my first visit and I am so pleased. Jamie gave me exactly what I asked for and explained how I can improve some issues with my hair; color, texture. I've already made my next appointment with Jamie.

I was met at the door by Doris, a beautiful woman who greeted me and took complete care of checking me in and getting me to my first appointment. I had my brows waxed and dyed by Pouran Rissmaney who was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! She did an amazing job and also told me she does threading - showed me how it works. Then on to a pedicure which was fantastic. I left feeling like a new woman - loved every minute of it - this place is my new favorite find!
