yelpI went into the Fedex at BU looking to print some flyers. I used one of the two printing machines at the front, and a guy working there (I can't remember his name) even gave me some card stock...
MorePicked up a parcel that was shipped here and they were remarkably fast and attentive. The staff member saw that I was carrying USPS mail and offered to mail it for me! You don't really get above...
MorePeople who work here are super slow and passive aggressive when asking basic questions about pricing. For shipping safe yourself $$ and go to USPS down the street. Employee couldn't tell me why...
MoreWould leave ZERO stars if possible for the printing service. Needed multiple items printed; order was a day late and half the items are unusable due to poor quality. No apology or price reduction...
MoreThe employee was super helpful and clear on all the details of when my package would arrive and gave me all the information I would need to monitor it, and in a timely fashion!
