Colby at front desk did a great job with holding my luggage before checking, advising where to eat, even handing a razor when needed.

Alex was a great valet, so was the one that worked Monday around 5pm and the other that was on shift when I got back to the hotel at 11pm. I forgot their names but all three valets were awesome and took very good care of my rental

The name says it all. The Max when it comes to making your stay easy and enjoyable. The vibe is just so amazing. Everyone is very willing to help you with what you need. The location is a short walk to Pikes Place, Paramount theater and many great restaurants.

This hotel ticket all the boxes. It was excellent value for money and sufficiently luxurious - it was right near the conference centres, really clean with really comfortable beds. The little things that made the difference were great quality shampoo , conditioner, shower gel in the room. Little extras I asked for - an iron, a phone charger- nothing was a problem. . Guys at the desk couldn’t have been nicer.. highly recommend this hotel. . it also has a great restaurant attached to it.
