There is no hot tub! I specifically checked amenities before booking. Other than that the hotel is in a great location, rooms are large and comfortable.
MoreThis is a very nice hotel in a great location. The room was clean and well kept. The only thing I could find that was wrong with the room was there were no trash can liners. A very nice place to stay. We were there for a Boise State football game. 10 minute walk to the stadium. Lots of downtown amenities and restaurants close by.
MoreHorrible parking garage! Very small spaces and drive way. Ramps are very narrow, basically one car at time. Otherwise, the hotel is great! Clean, nice staff, breakfast was better than most hotels in this price range.
MoreThe hotel was fine. Clean and friendly staff. However, as I was flipping through channels on tv, there was a pornography channel. I’m appalled that this is able to be stumbled upon. What if there was a child watching tv?!?! This is absolutely unacceptable, and this is why I’m giving a low review. DO BETTER!!! If you want to offer that, fine. But DON’T HAVE IT AS A NORMAL CHANNEL!!!!
MoreThis gem of a hotel is located in the heart of downtown - an easy walk from the extensive variety of restaurants available in Boise. The staff is amazing. From the moment you check in you're made to feel welcome. Rooms are sparkling clean, properly air conditioned and serviced daily. I will name names: Amy - at the front desk - was remarkable in attending to small and big requests. She was efficient and did everything possible to make my stay most enjoyable. The daily (complimentary) buffet is fresh, wholesome, and varied. Jae - who supervises the buffet - taught this City Slicker how to properly use a waffle iron and was super attentive to all her diners. If you are planning a trip to Boise this is where you want to stay!
