I am rarely disappointed with Hilton properties and this was no exception. I picked my room via the app but I got there an hour before scheduled check-in and due to a full house the night before, my room wasn't ready. No problem...I got a bite to eat first. On check-in, the desk clerk and a trainee were welcoming and very helpful. The trainee noted my Hilton status, Oh, don't forget your bottled water! Thanks for being a Hilton member! The place was spotless. My room was also spotless and just what I ordered. Like most hotels with window HVAC, it blows into your face no matter where you sit or lie down. I have ways to handle that. The wall thermostat was actually adjustable, too!

It was a clean hotel room, but did not smell very good. The bed unfortunately was very uncomfortable. There were two double beds during the night we had to switch to the second bed, it was a little more comfortable but not much. Other than this it was an okay place, not very impressed with the Hilton hotels.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it is by far my favorite! The hotel is incredibly clean. The staff is top notch! And we are always so comfortable there. The price is exceptional for the accommodation and experience. I highly recommend!

This hotel is located about a mile off the I-24 exit and is surrounded by multiple shopping and dining venues. It is about 5 miles from the MTSU campus. The facility is immaculately clean and appointed with sleek, modern furnishings. The Blue Room meeting space can comfortably accommodate groups of more than 30 adults. Our suite was clean and very comfortable. The A/C worked well and kept the room cool. The walls seem to be well insulated because we heard no noise at all during our stay and we got a full night's sleep. The breakfast in the morning was above average for a Hampton and had multiple hot and cold options. In addition to the physical attributes of the hotel, every staff member we encountered was friendly, polite and very helpful. I especially want to mention Jack (front desk associate that checked me in) and Tippy (breakfast attendant) and commend them for outstanding customer service. I forgot to get her name but the lady at the front desk when I checked out was also extremely helpful on both days I was there. I would definitely recommend this location for anyone who needs a reasonably priced hotel with superior service in the Murfreesboro area.

This Hampton Inn in Murfreesboro, TN was everything we needed .. a clean, quiet, comfortable place to stop for one night with breakfast the next morning while on a road trip. The hotel is in a great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. When we arrived, we saw sports team members there for the night. We were concerned about noise we would have but either Hampton had rules or the parents did a great job, but noise was not an issue at all. We would definitely recommend this hotel for travelers in this area and we will consider another stay here if we are in the area again.
