The 1st time I got a Brazilian wax from here I was 100% pleased. The 2nd time was awful BUT I did have a different person providing service. I got a Brazilian wax and leg wax. She left patches of hair in both areas (legs and private) and stubs on my legs. I could've done a better job with the Brazilian wax myself with a dull, rusted butter knife. I didn't realize the poor service until I returned home. I ended up using an electric razor to do it myself. GOD plz don't let me get razor bumps!! I honestly will return but WILL NOT book the 2nd person who gave poor service.

Just great but do miss Jessica. Love the location on Broad Street. They provide a variety of hair and body treatments. It is very professional, relaxing, and never rushed.All questions are always answered by highly trained staff. Plus they do many community events, internal events, and are great for prom, weddings, and nights out events.

Great Salon & Spa downtown. Friendly and very talented staff. They can do children’s haircuts and are very patient with them. They offer “points” for prebooking appointments which you can redeem for free services!!!

Great little find, traveling on business and they were able to work me in for an hour massage with Katie. A very cool building downtown lots of character and an amazing massage. Katie is awesome and the salon is so cool. They carry Kevin Murphy products which also a nice added find. Will be back

I had been to two other salons and this one beat them all by far. I received a Brazilian waxing and will be scheduling another appointment TODAY!! The staff was very friendly and attentive. They ensured that I was comfortable and relaxed. The facility is very clean. I have nothing negative to say at all!!!
