We can survey the lay of the land, help clients decide on the best possible uses for it, then draw up design plans; which includes roads, utilities and stormwater facilities; and finally, help the client through the permitting process with the city or county. If you don't need our full suite of services, we can assist with just a portion of your project. We also regularly perform due diligence reports, feasibility studies, lot splits, replats, drainage issues, stormwater inspections/compliance, driveway permitting, rezoning, special use permits, and more. NOTES: We are not Structural Engineers, but due to Yelp's category organization, we appear that way. Please do not contact us for Structural Engineering. Our specialty is civil engineering, including stormwater, utility, roadway, and site design. Our wait list for survey booking is 3-4 months at this time, so we are not able to take on time-sensitive work or small, residential surveys at this time. However, we may be able to offer surveying as part of our engineering/permitting scope of services.
