I've forgotten to review this place several times...we've stayed in this condo 3 times (2 different rooms) in 2013, 2015 and 2016 and we love this spot. It's centrally located to multiple restaurants and shops and the view is insane. Condo is well kept. The first time we stayed here we took a dolphin tour and they stopped right in front of our condo due to it being the best spot to see dolphins in the area. Every time we stay here we see dolphins. Will stay here every time we are in AMI unless it's unavailable. Can't wait for 2019!

Ok, I'm about 2 years behind, but I wanted to share my experience. Gulf View condo 203 was perfect! My family and I vacationed in AMI in May 2016. We loved the condo. It had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated. We loved the screened balcony and the access from both the living room and master bedroom. Also, we LOVED that we could walk to Bridge street to restaurants, shops, etc. My kids loved the beachfront location and the pool. I highly recommend this condo building and unit 203.

We had a lovely stay in unit 105 at gulf sands. The 2 bedroom condo was beautifully furnished. It had every item we desired including beach and pool stuff. Great sunsets from our balcony. Walking distance to local eateries and Manatee beach. Clean pool. Everything was perfect and we hope to return next year.

We stayed in #201 at Gulf View Condominiums the first week of April 2017. The location was great. Close to everything, the view was amazing. The property is older, with updates in most units of course. Pool area is small but very nice and access to the beach is immediate. The only downside, if you want something new, this is not it.
