We took this service from Paris to Bruges, Belgium. Our driver Sulemon was outstanding. He was pleasant, efficient, and a great driver! He was patient with our group of 5. The seating in the van allowed all of us a great view and comfortable ride. Dealing with Kamil was easy as well. Highly recommend Black Door for a short or all day trip.

Worst car service. Do not use them, they will cancel your ride if ever complain about anything. They cancel a ride I booked for my client because I complain about them forgetting to dispatch a driver. while the passenger was waiting for them at the Airport. SAD!

Great experience each time we have used Luxor car service. Friendly staff that makes sure the destination is correct, cars are always clean with water for the ride. Would recommend especially with COVID 19.

Easily the highlight of our recent trip in NYC. Anyone with a big family knows the struggles of dealing with group transportation - and it is so much stress... This was not the case. and that is why i think this company is the best one in the area. Very good communication skills, patient staff and I should mention that they really showed the effort to clean cars before our ride, and for that I'm very thankful.

Really easy to access their web-page and find all important info there. My decision was based on a great deal of town cars, I'm not sure that other NYC co's have that variety of models. Anyways, after booking a van and 2x SUV's everything went smoothly and precise. This way, I would like to congratulate Luxor on a very friendly and caring approach, it was a big pleasure to use their service during the pandemic situation. 100% recommended
