The Drowsy Poet Coffee Company occupies a cozy space in Brent Lane, one of the outposts of this Pensacola chain that started in 2006. Best known for its freshly brewed concoctions that are made from special Arabica beans, their coffee menu also features season specials. Keeping in line with the theme of 'drowsy poets' who need awakening, the menu has a list of signature coffee brews named after 16th century poets and a smattering of organic teas as well. Other options include espressos, 'poetchinos' - a line of cold coffees, Italian sodas and fruit smoothies.
