Reviews
tripadvisorThis is our go-to for a weekend trip. Accommodations are inviting, comfortable, and clean. The cottages are close to the bike trail and within walking distance to the Lake. The owner is personable and helpful. We have stayed here several times and have never been disappointed.
MoreBed&Breakfast?..more like Bed&Booted, I'm a veteran and we booked the place for memorial weekend we got booted the next morning....apperantly it was double booked..both of them. The couple that was staying in the other cottage also had to leave. Yes, we did get our money refunded, but it ruined our memorial weekend...just because they had a better deal come along.....shamefull....I would recommend the About Trace B&B, very beautiful place right around the corner.
MoreVery nice cottage location for the bike trail. Ride Mandeville to Covington one day and Mandeville to Slidell the next day. Owner very helpful with checking in and showing us around. Highly recommend this accommodation if your planning on riding the Tamany Trace Trail.
MoreWe rented for a quick weekend getaway for our anniversary. Owner greeted us at the cottage upon arrival and showed us around to be sure we were comfortable. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the area and its history. Nice cottage with everything we needed. Great location, 2 blocks away from the lakefront, restaurants and bars within walking distance as was the Tammany Trace bike trail. The cottage comes with bicycles which is nice, took a ride on the Trace Sunday morning, trailhead about 2 blocks away. Would definitely rent here again!
MoreBooked this as I wanted access to some wildlife areas but also have a quiet few days after NOLA.Place was really comfortable and well organised. Ed was really helpful and interesting. Mandeville is a quiet and pleasant place to spend a few days.
