Screw this place and all its employees!! I got a flat tire out on a ride, i called this place about ordering a new tire and tube,. They were Asssssssholes on the phone and refused to help because I had a Chinese bike, and they didn't sell it to me! when I said i had a Chinese ebike! They totally refused to help me or order a dawned part part for me! I hope they crash and burn and will do everything to make it so.The other place Spoke House said they would take care of it and that most places like this are ^$&@*$ and won't work on anything you didn't buy from them.

We were on vacation in Tulsa, looking to ride along the river. We wanted to get bikes with Tag-alongs, and they were able to get us all set up. The bikes were all pretty new, and the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and set us up for a great ride. The bike path was right next to the shop and we made it all the way to A Gathering Place. The return was easy too.
