How does this hotel have 3.9 stars? What a dump. My sheets, and the curtains, have holes in them. The air conditioner is super loud. The fire alarm has woken me up in the middle of the night every single night. My room smells like mold. There are people fighting in the parking lot all night. The breakfast room is full of angry people because there are no plates, no silverware, the waffle machine is broken, and there is no milk for cereal. I travel all the time for business. This is the worst hotel I have stayed at in years. The level of incompetence is almost impossible to describe. Do not stay here. Not for any amount of money.

This hotel has NO working elevator or ice maker and no hot water in the shower. We arrived from all day travelling and told the elevator has been broken AND our room would be on the third floor! We had 2 weeks worth of luggage!!! Then we went to get some ice on the second floor and found nothing. Went to the front desk and was given a baggie of ice. Also told the water would ve brown and to let it run awhile. Finally when I got my shower there was no hot water! Sorely disappointing!!!

I walked into a hotel lobby where it smelled like they opened a can of pesticides for bugs. This smell was very potent even in the hotel room. I booked for 4 nights but left the next day. The location of the hotel was not true. IT IS NOT AT THE GALLERIA!

Stayed here for 3 nights. I will admit that I almost checked out after I checked in. The neighborhood seemed a bit sketchy. Many gentlemen’s clubs on this block. However we stayed and found it to be safe and comfortable. The staff was nice, pool was fine. Had a rental car and had no issues leaving it overnight. Location is a bit of a drive from NRG and Hobby if you are using those.
