We did a 4-day wine and kayak trip with amazing food and a night of bioluminescence. The whole thing was a bucket list trip- just fantastic. Sammy and Eli were the best and had a lot to contend with- we had young and old and 4 days is a lot for non-experts and they read the room fantastically. I would highly recommend. What these guys could do with food in the backcountry was phenomenal and they were great at putting everyone at ease while also being clear about what the boats and tides and islands needed from us each day. Just perfect. Lastly, Peter helped organize the trip before we got there and his communication was impeccable.

We went on the 4 day trip with Sammy. Firstly, Sammy was an excellent guide! She was patience, knowledgable, and a great cook! She added a bunch of fun local pieces to everything we ate which was very fun. She was so nice and accommodating and was just generally a pleasure to get to know! The trip was stunning, we saw a ton of different flora and fauna and it was a wonderful way to get away while doing something active but not exhausting.

The San Juan Islands are perfect for a multi-day tour. Four days of paddling and three nights camping was just perfect. Our group of eleven had experienced paddlers and near-rookies. Guides Caroline and Sam made sure everyone was safe and had a great time. We had the benefit of a rain-free week with calm water, but these leaders know the currents and can guide a group safely through their backyard. Lots of information provided before with easy access to staff for questions. We saw seals, river otters, porpoises and orca whales with about a million jumping salmon. Meals were healty and very good. The guides set up a second kitchen to serve the needs of those requesting Kosher food. Be aware, this is rustic camping with composting toilets only. Little or no cell service, so it is the perfect escape. The trip is fairly priced. Shorter trips are available.

Great time on a 3 day two night sea kayaking trip through Outdoor Odyssey with guides Justin, Caroline and Chris. They were very friendly, knowledgeable , and good cooks. We had a group of 18 and they took good care of us. Loved seeing all the wildlife.

We took a 3 day/2 night kayak trip with OO and it was fantastic! This is the way to see the islands. The kayaks are totally safe and anyone can paddle one. Our guide Hannah professional, fun and worked tirelessly to lead us through the islands, point out wildlife and camp. And she prepared all the great meals. No going hungry here! Next trip is with Outdoor Odyssey again!
