I asked for Swedish massage. Relaxation only..I got quite a bit of heavy muscle manipulation..stopped her..told her hurting me..please Swedish massage. Then she went very light..first time at this place..I go to another place. Swedish massage is relaxing. Wonderful..I don’t think this girl knew what to do except deep tissue..big waste of money

The Keizer Station location has a manager named Lee Anne Belowski who was rude, condescending and to be honest quite frightening when I spoke with her on the phone today. I asked her a basic question and she want off saying that it was inappropriate and would refuse to let me use a $75.00 gift card that my family had purchased for me. Also refused to give me money back. I would not touch this location with a 10 foot pole. There are other massage places that are much more friendly and honest. Keeping my money is criminal. I had the most disappointing massage of my life here. I know I can't judge the whole facility on one therapist, so I'll give them a second chance. It was like a spot massage. Didn't massage any whole place on my body. These two posts on my arms. This one spot on my feet. Didn't touch my ankles, heels or toes or the top of my feet at all. Didn't even touch my hands, even though in our consultation I asked specifically for extra on my feet and hands. Not happy at all. It was a total incomplete massage. When I voiced my concerns they just wanted to sign me up for the monthly program. What??? I'll try them again. I hope it's better next time.

I cancelled my membership because it was very hard to get an appointment that would work in my schedule. (I am available 3 days per week). They are so understaffed! I went in last night to cancel my membership. The receptionist was the only front office person. She was very busy but handled everyone with a smile. She could not answer the phone and had to let it roll to voice mail due to taking care of the people in front of her. Ever wonder why they never answer the phone? This nice lady offered me to schedule a massage since I had a prepaid session available. I scheduled a massage for this coming Sunday. Today I got a message asking me to reschedule my massage due to staffing issues! ARE YOU SERIOUS??? I told them just to cancel and I did not want to reschedule. Not ever going back!

If you want to waste your money, come here. Granted, not always do the front and back work together, but I was more stressed dealing with the front girls and the paperwork than she I was when I walked in!Upon making my feelings known, the staff really went out of their way to avoid me, and not deal with me. Even my therapist was late.I needed the massage, but not this badly.
