I had a busy party for my little girl in the Princess room. Was shocked to see it so clean for a kids place and the workers were very attentive and respectful. The party host was very helpful too ..so good money spent for a birthday party !

The manager Carson helped us out a lot, so did our party coordinator I think her name is Kaitlyn I don’t know but great party all together!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!

The place was packed with people who mostly were not wearing masks and were standing very close together.

Brought our 3 kiddos here for the afternoon, we all had a blast. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and atmosphere. Highly recommend, will be back.

Daughter-in-law called to inquire about a party and she was sold their biggest package for $250 for 25 kids. Was suppose to come with the room decorated and when we walked in nothing had been done. Luckily we had brought our own tableclothes and balloons. Kept trying to ask staff what all did $250 buy and basically that pays for 45 mins in the room and 1 hr of jump time. After decorating we only had enough time to sing to her and pass out cake. She ended up having to open her presents at home by herself. It would have been wiser to have the party next door at pizza hut and pay for the 8 kids to jump.
