I wasn't impressed. Arrived in the evening with only one employee on duty so when the TV wouldn't work there was no one to come to our room to check. We were advised to disconnect the cable and see if that would correct the problem of no channels available. After much struggle we were able to pull the screen away from the wall far enough to disconnect, wait a bit and screw it back in. Fortunately that worked but at 9:30 at night, not what we wanted to be doing. To make matters worse the room was musty and I woke with a headache.We had heard breakfast was good and it had good and bad. The eggs with cheese were so cold the cheese had solidified. The sausage was good and the waffles were also good. I will be back in this area in July and will pick another hotel.

We got woken up at 2 am when a hockey team decided to cause an unbelievable commotion to the point I thought a fight was going to break out. I called the desk and the coach was notified. It got quiet for about 20 minutes and it started again. Yelling, screaming, banging. The coach was called again. I overheard the night crew telling the assistant manager that multiple complaints were made. I met with the general manager the next day and she denied any knowledge of the incident and informed me that the teams pay tens of thousands of dollars to stay there. She gave me a $50 credit for a sleepless nice. Such poor customer service.

This hotel is convenient to nearby restaurants, not far from the airport, offers airport shuttle (very friendly driver) & breakfast, has an indoor pool (didn't get to enjoy either of these last 2 amenities) & the bed was comfortable. What was off-putting were the three gentlemen sitting outside the main entrance (maybe employees although not in any clothing associated with the hotel), smoking for hours on end, the glass/Plexiglass barrier separating the front desk staff member from us guests that made check-in & chat less-than-welcoming (is there a security issue at this location, or, continued post-pandemic precautions...?) & we asked if we could get a take-away breakfast bag since our flight was so early in the morning & the front desk staff member implied that she could not figure out how to do this for us. Lastly, although I am a Choice Hotels member, we felt that the room rate of $195, including tax, was on the high side.

Wonderful stay. Hotel is extra clean and quiet. Very professional from desk staff. Breakfast was very nice and the room is big g and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel ! Price was unbeatable. Still smells like a new home. Laundry also available.

Booked last minute for an early flight. The location was a little difficult to navigate at night..but worth the effort. I found the pool to be warm and comfortable...although the elevator could certainly use an update.. everything else was clean and well maintained. The work out room near the pool looked clean and well equipped..although I didn't use it.Breakfast looked like the typical hot bar found in most decent hotels. No complaints.The room I had was on the 2nd floor. Beds were very comfortable....bathroom was clean.. refrigerator was cold. The heating and air seemed to work fine for an older unit. I would definitely choose this location again when flying out of Fort Myers. An easy drive in the morning...and a relaxing last night in the area.
